Join our guided mindful walks around Snowdonia National Park with qualified guide Davy Greenough. Enjoying a moderate walk, we walk as a group enjoying the natural environment and there will be regular stops with short, guided meditations along the way.

Route Description: Follow the path from the car park up and right through Coed Cefndiwiog, continue along a stone wall, follow the precipice along the western side enjoying views of the Mawddach Estuary. On the way back to the car park we’ll pass Llyn Cynwch, rejoining the path we started on at the end of the lake. (5km)

Parking & Transport: National Park free car park at Saith Groesfordd, Llanfachreth LL40 2NG. From the centre of Dolgellau, go over the big bridge and turn right towards Bala. After about 500m turn left across the road to the Library up a hill towards Llanfachreth. After about 2 miles, at the top of the hill, you will arrive at Saith Groesffordd car park on your left at the junction. There are toilets here and ample parking.

Route Description: Starting from the meeting point, outside the Ogwen centre, follow the path up to Llyn Idwal and loop around the lake anti clockwise. Returning to Ogwen centre for 12:00. (5km)

Parking & Transport: There is a Pay & Display car park at Ogwen Warden Centre, but it fills up quickly, so we recommend you arrive early to find a spot. There are more parking places along Llyn Ogwen, allow yourself enough time to walk to the meeting point. Or you could park in Bethesda and take the T10 bus.
