Dedicated to nature recovery in Eryri
The Partnership has been established to bring together all the key partners to work on the conservation and restoration of nature in the Eryri National Park in response to the global nature emergency. This Partnership co-ordinates, promotes and records existing and new actions to protect and improve nature in Eryri.
The members of the Eryri Nature Partnership are currently working together to create a Nature Recovery Action Plan (NRAP) for Eryri. It is an opportunity for everyone involved in managing and shaping the future of Eryri’s natural environment to reinforce their way of working together in the region and beyond.
The Partnership includes individuals, organisations, recorders and community and wildlife groups who have extensive knowledge of wildlife and the natural environment of Eryri National Park.

How can I help nature in my area?
Parks, gardens, school grounds, community spaces and businesses can all offer something to nature and, in doing so, can bring people together – creating healthier, more connected communities.
Be part of the nature community
You can make a contribution to nature in your area in many ways, whatever your starting point, your time commitment or your interest. There are opportunities available for all ages and abilities – no previous knowledge is required, just your enthusiasm and a bit of your time.
Here are some examples:
- Wildlife gardening – growing plants that attract pollinators is an easy way to help nature
- Feed the birds and install a nesting box
- Notice what you see and post it on social media
- Join a local Friends of Nature group that looks after a local park or green space
- Volunteer to help a nature charity
- Record the plants and animals you see in your garden or when you are out and about and share them on the LERC Wales app.
