Join Davy Greenough, a qualified mindfulness leader, on guided mindfulness walks through some of Eryri National Park's most stunning locations.
Immerse yourself in the beauty of the natural environment as we take leisurely walks with regular stops for short, guided meditations. These sessions are perfect for anyone looking to combine light exercise with mindfulness in a serene outdoor setting.
This February, we’ll be exploring Aber Falls, one of Eryri’s most breathtaking waterfalls. Nestled at the northern foothills of the Carneddau, the falls mark Afon Goch’s (Red River) final descent to the Menai Straits.
