NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 30 and 31 of the Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004.

1. From the 5th October to 2nd November 2022 inclusive, between 9.30 a.m. and 4.00
a. m. any person interested, on application to the Chief Executive, National Park Office, Penrhyndeudraeth, Gwynedd, may inspect and make copies of the accounts of the above-named Authority for the year ended 31st March 2022, and all the books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers and receipts related thereto at the said National Park Office.

2. On the 3rd November 2022 (and subsequently until said time as the auditor certifies the completion of the audit) the Auditor General, Mr Adrian Crompton, Audit Wales, 24 Cathedral Road, Cardiff CF11 9LJ at the request of any local government elector for the area to which the accounts related will give an opportunity to question him about the accounts and any such elector or his / her representative may attend before the Auditor at the said National Park Office and make objection to any of the accounts.

3. No objection may be made on behalf of the elector unless the Appointed Auditor has previously received notice in writing of the proposed objection and of the grounds on which the objection is made. A copy of the said notice to the Appointed Auditor shall be sent to the undersigned at the address given.
