Why do we need an Action Plan?
After two years of codesign with landowners, land managers, local stakeholders and other key partners, our first draft of the Eryri National Park Authority Tree and Woodland Strategy has been developed. From the outcomes of the codesign process, it is clear that there is a need to protect, improve and expand our trees and woodlands over a longer period of time. Our ambition is to connect people from all walks of life with trees in this special landscape so they can enjoy the many benefits they provide for at least 100 years.

What actions can you take?

Action for trees and woodlands at local and regional levels is crucial to achieving this ambition for Eryri National Park. We would like to hear from you about what actions you can take to ensure this strategy progresses effectively.

To let us know what actions you would like to take in line with the strategy, please join our face-to-face drop in sessions or book a slot in our online sessions.

Call in to chat to us at the following informal drop-in sessions…

7 January: Neuadd Egryn, Llanegryn – 18:00-21:00
14 January: Village Hall, Llanuwchllyn – 18:00-21:00
