Organised by the National Park Authority

The sessions will be led through the medium of English accompanied by a Welsh-language speaking officer from the Park Authority.

An experienced mindfulness practitioner will lead the walk and meditation, giving you the opportunity to relax and focus on your well-being, while walking in a beautiful and peaceful part of the National Park.

Here is some information on what you need to know before the session.

  • The walk will take 2 to 3 hours starting at 09:00
  • We will postpone the trip in the event of severe weather / heavy rainfall
  • Please note: if you can no longer attend, please let me know as soon as you can so we can give the space to someone else.
  • You will need:

Appropriate clothing including walking boots, waterproofs, sunscreen, drinks, snacks and any medication you may need.

Most of the walk and meditations will be in complete silence. There will be plenty time to chat during the coffee break! Please walk a few yards apart from the next person and be aware of the leader at the front as we walk. If you have any problems at all during the walks, let us know by calling our name or raising your hand.

We kindly ask you not to take photos except at times when we are having a break from walking or meditation. Please put your phone off or on silent mode during the walk.
