Tramper Hire Process

Submit a Tramper Hire Request

The first step in hiring a Tramper from Snowdonia National Park Authority is to submit a hiring request to the Authority. You will need to provide your name, email, telephone number, a Tramper friendly route of your choice and the date you would like to hire the Tramper.

Please use the form to submit your requests.

Request pending

Once you have submitted your request, you will receive an email confirming that your request is pending. At this stage, an officer from Snowdonia National Park Authority will ensure that the Tramper can be delivered to the starting point of your chosen route on the date specified in your request.

An officer from the Authority may also contact you for further details of your request. The officers will use the contact details you provided in the form to contact you.

Request Confirmation

Once an Authority officer has ensured that arrangements are in place to provide the Tramper in accordance with your request, you will receive an email confirming that your request has been successful.

An officer will be in contact with you to confirm details of meeting times in due course.
