Llyn Tegid is an excellent fishing spot, with 14 species of fish lurking in its deep waters. They are mainly coarse fish, and on weekends during the winter months many fishermen can be seen along the lake’s edges.
The main species which are fished for are perch, roach, pike, trout, grayling and eels. The lake’s Wardens can advise you on some of the best fishing spots.
