The Snowdon Mountain Railway is a remarkable feat of engineering that has been carrying tourists to the summit of Snowdon since 1896.

The railway travels for 4.7 miles from Llanberis to the 3,560-foot peak of Snowdon passing several stations along the way. The railway’s final destination is Hafod Eryri, the highest and most astonishing visitor centre in Wales.
